Can you tell us about Cocoon Immo?
Cocoon Immo is a digital communication service for real estate professionals. We sell subscriptions to our platform, and manage all online communications for our customers, the vast majority of whom are real estate agencies.
How did you manage Cocoon Immo's cash flow before using Fygr?
Before Fygr, I managed everything myself manually on Excel, but that had its limits: it took up a lot of my time, several hours a week. And even though I'm pretty good at Excel, it was still very manual. As a result, I sometimes made mistakes in my cash flow forecast tables. Above all, as the business grew, I began to spend less and less time on these cash management issues, in order to concentrate on the business. But I wasn't too comfortable with the idea of abandoning this part of the business.
Why did you decide to subscribe to Fygr?
To be able to keep a close eye on my cash flow without spending hours on it, and to be able to build cash flow forecasts that I could easily modify.
Was there a before and after to Fygr?
Fygr has really become my day-to-day management tool. I consult it several times a week to find out where I stand in terms of my cash position, to keep track of cash receipts and disbursements, and to avoid any surprises. Fygr has become a real tool for monitoring my scenarios and forecasts, which I can adjust quite frequently.
I'd say that with Fygr, we've achieved a level of serenity about cash flow at Cocoon that we didn't have before. As a result, we're able to make important decisions for the company, such as accelerating our activity or even hiring new employees.

Great: simple, efficient. They're always on hand, and as soon as I have a question, they give me the answer, especially when I'm getting started with the tool and its various functions.
What are your favorite Fygr features?
Scenarios: I'm pretty good at Excel, but on subjects like cash flow and forecasting, Fygr is really quite simple. You can create events in just a few clicks, and then get the forecast straight away, along with comparisons with other scenarios: it's both super-simple and super-flexible.

I think that all company managers today need management tools, and Fygr really meets this need. It's intuitive, flexible, affordable; it really ticks all the boxes of what I was looking for, and I think I'd be hard-pressed to do without Fygr today.
