Can you introduce us to Colibrity?
Colibrity is an eco-responsible digital agency. We have three divisions: design, studio design, ethical development and digital marketing and communications.
What brought you to Fygr?
In the beginning, there was no cash management at all, I didn't even understand what it meant. Over time, we came to understand that you have to manage your cash flow properly, you have to anticipate expenses, and I thought it might be possible to do that with Excel, with the formulas. So we set everything up, but it was impossible to make recurrences, and if you wanted to change a small detail, everything would jump. After a while, I just gave up.

What does Fygr do for you?
We've been using Fygr for several months now, and it's changed our lives because we can now manage all our cash flow and invoices very easily. With Fygr, everything is automatic. We enter our invoices, check the recurrence of the payments we receive and we can see how much we'll have in a month, in a year.
And also, if we want to recruit, now we know how much budget we have for that, if we want to launch new products, we know how much budget we have for this or that product, so it's really very practical.
We can also see if there are any inconsistencies, if we're being realistic in what we're planning, so it really gives me a concrete vision of everything that's going on in my company.
How often do you use Fygr?
It's almost daily, meaning that every time we sign a new contract, every time we have new expenses, it all goes through Fygr. Fygr automatically recovers all the transactions, and thatsaves an enormous amount of time, so it's software that's always there, that's always open, in fact I never close it.

I recommend Fygr because it would allow you, like at our agency, to manage your cash flow and plan budgets in advance. It allows you to move up a level in your internal management and concentrate on other things. Go much faster and much further in your development.
