I already have a Stripe account, how do I create a Fygr account?
Integration is available to all Stripe customers. If you are already a Stripe customer but not yet a Fygr customer, you can create a Fygr account on this page: https://app.fygr.io/. Once you've created your account, don't forget to get your API key from Stripe (in the "Integrations" section) and copy and paste it on the Fygr side (on https://app.fygr.io/partner/selection) to link the two tools.
Can I choose to synchronize only certain customers?
Absolutely. When you connect your tools to Fygr for the first time, you can select the customer and associated accounts you wish to synchronize. You can change this selection at any time.
Can I invite my customer to the Fygr interface?
Yes, Fygr is precisely designed to facilitate collaboration between several users, and in particular between a company director and his chartered accountant.
How much does Fygr cost for an accounting firm?
Specific packages are available for accounting firms that use Fygr with their customers. Contact us for a personalized quote.

The Fygr trial period lasts 7 days.

The integration is available to all Fygr customers, regardless of the plan they have subscribed to.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Fygr is non-binding. You can cancel your subscription or change plans at any time - but we'd be sorry if we couldn't help you run your business.
How secure is my data?
Fygr and all its partners are companies based in France, respecting RGPD regulations. Your data is securely hosted in Europe.
